Hello Chaz,

Thankyou for making yoga so easy and simple.I have tried doing yoga earlier but left coz i could not keep up with the instructor.I did the neck and shoulder routine and it has really helped me get over the nagging pain in the shoulder.

Please continue the good work and if you get some time kindly do a podcast for women who are trying to get pregnent.
