Hi Chaz,
Did the Yoga for Flexibility, then did the Yoga for Strength. As a yoga teacher myself, I love doing the podcasts, plus get in a nice practice for myself (hmmm, and get ideas!).

Finally an explanation of crow, that I understand, and am able to do (for a microsecond)!
