PodFactory presents the YOGAmazing Video Podcast
In this episode I received an email from Cate and she requested a yoga class on balancing for the body and mind. This series of poses will challenge you mentally to stay in the moment, so remember to breathe deeply and allow the pose to move through you effortlessly with ease, if you would like to make a suggestion please send an email to chaz@yogamazing.com

I loved this session. Namaste, Vic
I enjoyed this session. I liked the sequence of poses and how they flowed from one to another. I'm not sure what the first balancing pose is called but the one that reminds me of the statues of goddesses you see, (perhaps Shiva?) is super fun to do. I also must say that the way you described doing crow pose was perfect. I have been having difficulty understanding how to balance in that pose and after you suggested the idea of just a shifting of energy and not sticking your bottom too far up in the air it was like a light bulb went off and I got it! Thanks for sharing your gifts.
Namaste,
Michelle
Thank you all for your continued support and feedback...

I am new to podcasts and I am very happy that you are here! I tried this class as my first session and I loved it. You are very effective at teaching in this medium.
I have constant issues with balance after an injury many years ago. The physical therapy rehab is long over, now it is up to me to continue to do my own therapy to maintain. This was perfect. I was even able to do crow for a short time! Thank you for your second go at the example of the pose; that is the time that I got it!
Thank you so much, I will continue to join in!

Hi Chaz,
This is the first time I've taken one of you podcast classes and would have to say it's the first I've managed to finish unlike other online Yoga classes.
Your teaching is easy to understand and relaxed and I'm glad I did it I feel so energized.
One down side I had trouble doing the Downward dog after fracturing my elbow a few months back, but I'm sure if I work on it I'll get the strength back.
Namasta
